EGHI Accepting 2021 Faculty Seed Grant Proposals
The Emory Global Health Institute (EGHI) is accepting proposals for grants of up to $20,000 for Emory faculty members to conduct pilot projects and preliminary research on a wide variety of global health topics. Since its inception, EGHI has funded more 70 faculty seed grants for research projects, including developing and testing interventions to prevent neonatal sepsis in Ethiopia; understanding the health burden of indoor air pollution in Tibet, China, and Nepal; and conducting a pharmaceutical quality assurance pilot program in Mozambique.
Funding is open to all Emory faculty and requires a multidisciplinary team and approach. At least two Emory schools must be represented.
For the 2021 EGHI Faculty Seed Grants, the Request for Proposals is currently open. More information on the proposal requirements and submission guidelines can be found here. The deadline is April 1, 2021.
